Our unique approach to CAD modeling allows us to create geometries that are optimized for the selected materials and manufacturing processes. We define our models using best-practices. For instance, ribs for injection molding are at or below 50% of the main wall thickness to avoid sink. Major draft angles are defined. And mating surfaces are staggered for a clean and robust assembly. That means that when the prototype is complete, the parts are about 90% defined for manufacturing.
